You may download the 6 forms below and take them to Anke at our EDC Office (76 Harris Street).

All completed Registration Forms must be accompanied by payment of

Family Membership $15 Registration $50 per dancer

Term fees will get issued once students commence classes. All Term fees MUST be paid by due date of each Term to avoid possible suspension from classes.
