2026 Online Registration

We’re excited to welcome new and returning dancers to DancEdge Emerald in 2026!

To enrol, there are two steps:

1) Download and complete the DancEdge Emerald Permission & Agreement forms for 2026. This includes your DancEdge Emerald Membership Application, Dance Account application, Medical Information, Media permission, and other DancEdge Permissions & Agreements. Once completed, please email the forms to our Admin Officer or drop them into the DancEdge office. Your membership application will be pending until our Admin Officer checks all details are complete and confirms approval.

2) The second link is for "Class Manager", the system we use to enrol dancers in classes. It is important that you complete your own contact details, your student's contact details (including selecting classes for enrolment) and add AT LEAST 1 alternate contact in case of an emergency. As we send most of our communication by email, but class cancellations by Text, it is vital that you list a valid email and mobile phone number in your customer contact details.

Your Enrolment in Class Manager will not be approved unless both links have been completed and all relevant information entered. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrolment has been approved.
If you are not able to complete the application online, you are welcome to call into the dance office, and our Administration officer will assist you.

Fees will be emailed out on an invoice containing our bank account details. The Membership application fee of $22 must be paid on enrolment and can be paid in person at the DancEdge office by cash or EFTPOS, over the phone during office hours by Credit Card, or online by Bank Transfer using your full Customer name as the reference.
