Join the DancEdge Family in 2026!

We're excited to welcome both new and returning dancers to DancEdge Emerald.To complete your enrolment, simply follow the three steps below.

Step 1 – Complete Your Registration Forms

Download and complete the 2026 Registration & Enrolment Forms.

DancEdge Membership Application

Dance Account Application

Medical Information

Media Permission

Parent & Student AgreementsOnce completed, please return the forms to our Administration Officer by email or in person at the DancEdge office.

Step 2 – Complete Your Class Manager Registration

Class Manager is our online enrolment system used to manage student information and class registrations.

Please ensure you:

Complete all parent/carer contact details

Add your dancer's details

Select your preferred classes

Add at least one emergency contact

Provide a current email address and mobile phone numberMost DancEdge communication is sent via email, while urgent notifications and class cancellations may be sent via SMS.

Step 3 – Await Confirmation

Your enrolment will be reviewed once both the Registration Forms and Class Manager registration have been completed.

You will receive an email confirming your enrolment once it has been approved.

Membership & Fees

A yearly membership fee of $22 per family is payable upon enrolment.

Payment can be made:

In person at the DancEdge office (Cash or EFTPOS)

By credit card during office hours

By bank transferClass fees will be invoiced separately and emailed to the primary account holder.
