Our Committee

Supporting DancEdge Behind the Scenes

DancEdge Emerald is proudly a not-for-profit, community-run organisation dedicated to providing quality dance opportunities for Emerald and the surrounding region.

Our committee is made up of passionate volunteers, including current and former dance parents, community members, and supporters of the arts who share a commitment to the ongoing success of DancEdge. Working behind the scenes, they dedicate countless hours to ensuring our organisation continues to grow, thrive, and provide a welcoming environment for dancers and families both now and into the future.

From governance and administration to enrolments, fundraising, events, facilities, and future planning, our committee plays a vital role in the day-to-day operation and long-term development of DancEdge Emerald. Their dedication helps keep dance accessible, inclusive, affordable, and available to our local community.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, ideas, and passion our committee members contribute throughout the year. Their support helps create opportunities for dancers of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of dance, develop confidence, build friendships, and feel a sense of belonging within our dance family.

Together, we are committed to ensuring DancEdge Emerald remains a vibrant and welcoming part of our community for generations to come.
